Started by Cole Dransfield and Pasha Jadali while in college, CDPJ was born out of a desire to create a better rental experience for tenants. We saw that the options were grim, and decided to change that. We are committed to providing high quality properties and responsive customer service to our tenants. With backgrounds in real estate, construction, business, technology, and design, we are ready to serve our clients and there real estate needs.
